I much preferred it this way, with green wooden seats and green painted walls. When John Fetzer waved his magic wand and turned the stadium blue in the late '70s it looked too much like Yankee Stadium.

Gregg, none of the curent Lakeland Flying Tigers are headed to the Olympics. I see some good young arms down here, including Detroit's last two #1 draft picks, Rick Porcello and Ryan Perry. 1B Ryan Strieby set a Lakeland record w/ 25 home runs (so far) this season, so perhaps he'll work his way up to the bigs.
